I Will Keep You Informed - Follow Me!

I want to keep you all informed. The market has transitioned into a traditional market. For the last few months the buyer's have had an edge and were more likely to ask for concessions but now it's moving into a more even playing field. For my clients, I am subscribed to The Cromford Report, data composition compiled by ASU's Director of the Center of Real Estate, Michael Orr. This gives me great information to inform my clients, so make sure your Realtor keeps up on this info! Or call ME and make me YOUR Realtor!
